Haivoron Diesel Locomotive Repair Plant produces rack wheels of diesel locomotives TEM, CHME-3, M62 and rack wheels of electric locomotives VL8, VL23, CHS4 made from high-quality stampings of alloy steels.
The rack wheels are installed on diesel locomotive TЕM7 during a repair, as well as during new formation of wheel pairs.
The rack wheel TЕM7 is subjected to hardening of the involute-tooth profile by HFC unit with the subsequent grinding.
