Significant staff changes has been occurred at our plant 

At the end of September, 2017, Andrey Bliznyuk, a professional and talented leader, was appointed as General Director of our enterprise. To this day, he has fruitfully worked to restore the work of the enterprise. Based on the results of his work and thanks to the experience that Mr. Bliznyuk received in this position, the shareholders of the plant decided to transfer him to another facility, to which such knowledge and professionalism should be applied.

The staff of “Haivoron Diesel Locomotive Repair Plant” PJSC expresses gratitude to Andrey Bliznyuk for the high managerial competence and conscientious work for the benefit of the plant and wishes successes and significant achievements in the work with the new project.

On September 13, 2018, the new Director General – Alexander Trunov – was introduced to the staff at the enterprise.

Alexander Trunov, since as a technician, was the technical director of our plant from December, 2017. Mr. Trunov had acquired the necessary experience, he becomes acquainted with the characteristic properties of work in this direction, understands the needs of the staff, and notes the considerable potential in our enterprise.

Under the guidance of the new Director General, the positive changes will continue and new lines of activity will be opened, preparation for which has been already begun at the plant. In particular, at the enterprise it is planned, after necessary preparatory works, to restore the repair of shunting and main-line diesel locomotives, the opening of repair of wheel sets line, etc.
