The employees of our plant repaired the recreation center on the Black Sea

Every year “Haivoron Diesel Locomotive Repair Plant” PJSC gives an opportunity to its employees and other residents of Haivoron district to have a rest on the tourist center “Kristall” in the village of Sichavka, Odessa region, at a reduced price in the summer. In this summer season, houses for rest welcome guests in the updated state.

The recreation center was built and equipped to rest workers and their families in the 1980s. For about the last seven years, the houses for living have not been repaired, the inventory has not been updated, the conditions of rest have been too outdated. Therefore, those who wish to purchase a package holiday to the “Kristall” became ever fewer, ever less.

Therefore, at the beginning of summer this year the leadership of “Haivoron Diesel Locomotive Repair Plant” PJSC, having gathered the close-knit staff of the plant, went to the tourist center to repair the obsolete houses. Within 8 working days, painting and joiner works were carried out by our employees who worked despite the hot weather and considerable physical exertion.

The houses were repaired and painted, new locks were mounted on the doors, modern beds with new mattresses were put inside the houses, fire extinguishers were hung up, tables with chairs were repaired, mosquito nets were strained and so on. Our employees cleaned up the territory around each house, repaired terraces, tables with benches. On the side of the terraces wash basins were fixed and an inventory for cleaning were placed in each house.

We must note with special attention and respect that all repair operations were made by the workers of our plant with their own efforts without exterior help. Thanks to their work from now on you can enjoy rest!
